What we collect
When you submit a website and SEO diagnosis request, we receive the company name, website, product category, target countries, fulfillment model, keywords, acquisition channel, budget range, and contact details you enter (WeChat, email, or WhatsApp). The site collects no other personal information.
How the information is used
We use it only for the diagnosis conversation: assessing your website and SEO, preparing keyword and page recommendations, and following up about services. It is never published, sold, or shared with unrelated third parties.
Form and analytics services
The diagnosis form is submitted through Web3Forms, which forwards the content to our inbox. Site analytics use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and records no personally identifying information.
Language preference cookie
Switching between Chinese and English writes a cookie named fgl_lang that only remembers your language choice. It is not used for tracking and is never shared.
Data retention
Diagnosis requests and correspondence are kept only until the conversation ends or you ask us to delete them. You can request access or deletion at any time using the contact details below.
